What we Offer
Welcome to Jasmine Cottage Crafts
Handwoven silk scarves and textiles, created in the heart of the Surrey Hills.
About
Based in Frensham, near Farnham, my cosy studio is where my weaving journey began in 2016. I quickly fell in love with the craft, and ever since I’ve been creating beautifully made, high-quality textiles inspired by colour, texture, and tradition.
I specialise in handwoven silk scarves, alongside a range of unique pieces for the home—each one thoughtfully designed and carefully made.
Visit the Studio
I love welcoming visitors to my studio by appointment. It’s a chance to see the looms in action, explore my work up close, and experience the textures and colours in person.
You can also find me at local village fairs and during Surrey Open Studios, where I demonstrate weaving and share the process behind each piece.
Learn to Weave
In 2026, I’m continuing to offer small, relaxed taster sessions for up to two people. Spend an hour or two learning the basics of multi-shaft handweaving, and take home something you’ve created yourself.
Supplies & Equipment
Alongside my own textiles, I’m proud to support fellow weavers with carefully selected tools and materials:
-
Dealer for Louet NL weaving equipment
-
UK dealer for Schacht Spindle Company
-
Stockist of Venne and Brassard fine weaving yarns
-
Supplier of Texsolv heddles, including colour-coded options for the Louet Jane
My Promise
Everything I do is rooted in a love of craftsmanship, quality materials, and attention to detail—so whether you’re buying a finished piece, learning to weave, or sourcing supplies, you can expect something truly special.

Promoting Handweaving
Outstanding Quality
Since I started to weave I have become fully engrossed in the artistry and creativity of this wonderful traditional craft. I love to share what I have learnt and I am always continuing to learn myself!
Working with Louet enables me to offer premium weaving equipment which I am proud to be associated with.
I continue to take part in local fairs where I demonstrate the craft and sell my handwoven items, as well as promoting handweaving by running small workshops for a maximum of 3 participants at a time.
