Starburst is a luminous silk scarf inspired by light, movement, and the quiet beauty of slow craft. Woven from 100% silk, this piece has been handwoven and hand-dyed by me, from the first thread to the final finish.
The fabric is created using an advancing twill weave, allowing the pattern to gently shift and unfold across the surface, echoing a starburst in motion. Layers of rich purple shimmer subtly as the silk catches the light, revealing depth and texture unique to handwoven cloth.
